My assessment of this year was that it was very surprising. Here's a list of our notable events:
- Celebrated our 3rd wedding anniversary
- As far as the house goes, we mainly hung drapes, hung shelves, and hung outside
- Ian turned 27 and it snowed on his birthday
- Unexpectedly, I was made permanent at my work
- I lost 40lbs
- We explored just how much we love to cook together
- We took a lot of trips - some planned... some not...
- January Work Trip to Puerto Rico
- May California Trip for Kelly's Wedding with a stop in Virginia
- August Algonquin Visit
- September Virginia Trip for Cooper's Birthday
- September Work Trip (but really it was to celebrate my mom's birthday... :P)
- October Babymoon
- I turned 30 + 1
- We bought a new car
- And probably the biggest, most obvious news of all.. I got pregnant
2014 will be life changing. We're hoping for a healthy baby girl in late February/early March. Life will never be the same but it is a good change. So here's to a crazy New Year. Hope our family stays happy and healthy and grows by 2 feet. :P
